Full 03/29/08 card announced

Just a few days out from the first live event to air on American TV, Royal Ring has announced it's plans to follow up the successful show by broadcasting it's 03/29/08 event on Royal Ring TV as well. We already know that Koji Tanaka is facing Kazu Narita, who scored an upset over him in a tag match, for the RRC Heavyweight Title. Not only is Narita the first wrestler to beat Tanaka in nearly a year, but he's the first jr. heavyweight to challenge for the RRC Heavyweight Title as well. Tanaka has assured victory, and may have angered some of the other jr. heavyweights on the roster with this comment. "I don't think jr. heavyweights have any place challenging for this title, I don't interject myself into their division and demand title shots! They should follow that lead, and stay out of our way!" He insists that it wasn't intended to offend, only to point out that there are two divisions for a reason.

Also already announced is the JRC Title match between Ayame Yamoto and Marja Marz. Marja, who is also competing in the FPCPP Tag Team Title tournament said she will become a two crown champion by the time both events end. Yamoto said she thinks Marz is a tough opponent and is looking forward to a tough V1 defense of the belt. Yuka Nishiyama, who Marz defeated to earn the title shot, has vowed to get revenge on Marz for injuring her, and has stated that she's no longer interested in the title, only in stopping Marz from earning it.

We'll also be seeing a Akira Hiroyama / Ryo Taguchi, Codova Bros. rematch, only this time, there will be no ring outs. Both teams have expressed an interest in finishing what was started several nights ago, and both teams are promising a victory. Marc and Eric Cordova have stated that if they don't win this match they will return to the US indefinitely. Taguchi says he has already planned them a going away party and that they are stupid for putting their careers in Japan on the line for no real gain. Hiroyama just laughed and added that they put their own careers on the line and asked for nothing in return, noting the lunacy of such an action.

Royal Ring has announced all out war on other wrestling promotions around the world, and has chosen 5 of it's best wrestlers to take on 5 wrestlers of other promotions in a series of match to show it's dominance in the wrestling world. Ishibashi Matsuhiro has promised a complete shut out of Royal Ring's competition. The first match will pit Royal Ring wrestler, Eiji Ogoya, against an as of yet unnamed fighter.

Jr. heavyweight champion Ichiro Kanemura is teaming up with Arson to face Jinsuke Iwada and Takeshi Ito in a jr. heavyweight tag match. Iwada and Ito both want to take out the champion to have a claim to face him in a title match, and have both said they will fight each other if need be to make sure they score the pin. This should be an interesting match to say the least.

In more jr. heavyweight tag team action, the sadistic Blood Pirates will square off against Yujiro Hashin and Taru Kyomatsu. This should be an interesting match because if Kyomatsu returns to his death match roots, the Blood Pirates may actually be out bloodlusted by the former death match king, however if he sticks to his vow, his team will be serious underdogs and will have to overcome a lot of brutal underhanded tactics to pick up a win. Tanashi and Nakagawa have promised a blood bath, will this tempt Kyomatsu to return to his roots. He says he's going to stick to his vow, but Tanashi and Nakagawa have said that if he stays clean they will set out to embarass and injure him during the course of the match.

Also announced was the start of the Young Princes Cup tournament, a single elimination tournament that will see all 6 young princes battle for the cup. The first round will consist of 3 singles matches, while the finals will be a 3 man elimination match for the cup. The singles matches will take place over the next 2 cards with two matches happening on the 03/29/08 show.
