House show announced for 04/10/08

The next Royal Ring house show will take place on April 10th 2008. So far only 2 matches have been confirmed for the card, the Blood Pirates are set to take on Yujiro Hashin and a partner of his choice as he has vowed revenge for the injury his friend, Taru Kyomatsu, sustained at the hands of the Blood Pirates. Also scheduled is a 4 man battle royal to determine the number one contender for Ichiro Kanemura's Jr. Heavyweight Title, since the tag team match at the last show ended with Arson being pinned.

Inujury Update on Kyomatsu and Eric Cordova.

It seems that Taru Kyomatsu has suffered a seperated shoulder. He will be out of action for around 2 weeks. He should be cleared to wrestle before the next Royal Ring TV event, but may miss a house show or two. Jun Tanashi and Ryusuke Nakagawa have both made statements saying they will continue to hunt Kyomatsu until he "puts up a worthy fight", which we can only assume means that they will persue him until he breaks his no-weapon vow.

Eric Cordova suffered a broken orbital bone and nose as a result of an extremely stiff Go To Sleep delivered by Ryo Taguchi. Since the Cordova Bros. lost the match, they will be out of Royal Ring indefinitely anyway, but Cordova is looking at at least 2 months of recovery time before getting back in the ring. In a post match interview Marc Cordova said that even though the team will not wrestle in Japan again, that they would never forget the hospitality of the Japanese fans.

There once again seems to be trouble in the WTC camp as Yoshi Hiromata was seen arguing with Kotaro Shinaga after the event about the outcome of Kazu Narita's RRC Heavyweight Title shot. The rest of the group got the situation under control before it got out of hand, but both parties were said to be "heated".
